01 Scope & who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through our website and related online services (collectively, the “Services”), and when you communicate with us by email or other channels. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.

02 Information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties. The categories we may collect, and examples of each, are described below.
Information you provide to us
- Contact and account details — such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order.
- Order and transaction information — products purchased, shipping and billing addresses, and order history. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — the content of messages you send us and our correspondence with you.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
- Approximate location — general location inferred from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, when you contact us, sign up, or make a purchase.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies as you use the Services.
- From service providers who help us operate the Services, such as our hosting, analytics, payment, email, and shipping providers.
- From advertising and analytics partners who provide measurement and audience information.
04 How we use information
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and to process and fulfill your orders.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send you newsletters and marketing communications you have requested (you may opt out at any time).
- To personalize and improve the Services, and to understand how they are used.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant content.

- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA, and we do not use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with those described above without providing notice.
07 Sale & sharing of personal information / your choices
Right of Belief does not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online retailers, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. Under the CCPA’s broad definitions, the use of certain advertising and analytics cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (specifically, identifiers and internet activity associated with your device).
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can: (1) enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension; or (2) email us at privacy@sugarblissstudiohealth.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will process your request as required by law.
08 Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know. To request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Right to delete. To request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct. To request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — see Section 7.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Because we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law, no separate limitation request is necessary.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
How to exercise your rights
You may submit a request by emailing privacy@sugarblissstudiohealth.com or by writing to the postal address in Section 15. We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization.
We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law (generally within 45 days, with the possibility of an extension where permitted). If we deny your request, you may contact us to ask us to reconsider.
09 Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it. When personal information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
10 Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11 Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12 Third-party links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13 International users
We are based in the United States and process personal information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
14 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
